In a move to offset the extraordinary escalations in distribution costs, particularly fuel and freigy, Chemtura Corporation will increase prices for all its polymer additives products with effect from July 1, 2008 or as contracts allow. Prices will be increased by up to $0.09/kg globally. This increase applies only to delivered prices and is supplemental to any previously announced price increase initiatives.
