Chemtura to present range of additives and flame retardants at Chinaplas

Chemtura Corporation (formerly Crompton and Great Lakes) will present their extensive line of plastics additives for the polyolefins, PVC and engineering plastics industries, and flame retardant products at Chinaplas Exhibition to take place from May 21st through May 24th at Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre Pazhou, Guangzhou, PR China. Chemtura is the world's largest manufacturer of plastic additives and flame retardant products. The broad line of Chemtura plastic additives to be featured at Chinaplas covers the entire supply chain, from monomer and polymerization to finishing and compounding. For example, Chemtura's MARK OBS® organic based stabilizers provide superior performance, low cost and more environmentally friendly solutions for PVC stabilization. MARK OBS is the ideal heavy-metal-free stabilizer systems to replace lead stabilizers in the new generation of PVC rigid pipe and fittings and indoor profile applications, including vinyl flooring. Mark® OBS® stabilizers do not cross-link in high shear/heat machine conditions or cause cross-staining contamination with lead.
