BASF India Ltd has clarified with reference to the news item that it is in talks with Essar for a petrochemical JV.
As per Equitybulls.com, in a notification to the stock exchange the company said that, "The article published on July 28, 2014 in Economic Times is based on speculative information and as a Company policy, we do not comment on market rumours."
