CPC Corp restarts No. 4 naphtha unit at Kaohsiung on increased ethylene demand

After a three month shutdown, Taiwan's CPC Corp. plans to restart its No. 4 naphtha unit at Kaohsiung. Improved demand for ethylene has led to the restart of the unit that was shutdown for repairs in October.
