A blast has occurred at a petrochemical facility at Kuwait's Mina Abdullah port. Cause of the blast is unknown, and it is still not clear whether the country's exports will be hit. Effect of the blast on operations at Kuwait's second-largest oil refinery, the 270,000 bpd Mina Abdullah plant, located nearby, is unknown.
