An explosion occurred at an oil tanker at Urumqi Petrochemical Company. No casualties were reported in the incident and the fire was extinguished within half an hour. Authorities have ruled out the possibility of intentional sabotage, at this company that is the subsidiary of the China National Petroleum Corporation.
