ExxonMobil's new PP nonwoven is an innovation intended to contribute to the performance of applications such as medical gowns, surgical drapes, diapers, adult incontinence products and a host of other nonwoven products.
Nonwovens produced using ExxonMobil SFT315 polypropylene has the following features:
* Cotton-like softness
* Excellent drapability
* Good abrasion resistance
All these features are inherent in the product without affecting resistance to liquids.
It can be combined with other nonwovens or films easily, requiring no additional sophistication of the spunmelt equipment.
