Flint Hills restarts Houston propane dehydrogenation plant

US petrochemical producer Flint Hills Resources is restarting its propane dehydrogenation plant in Houston following a planned seven-day outage, as per market sources in Platts. "Beginning today and for the next several days, we will be starting plant equipment that may require use of our flare system plant," Flint Hills said.
