US petrochemical producer Flint Hills Resources is shutting down its propane dehydrogenation plant in Houston, Texas, ahead of a planned turnaround, as per Platts.
"These are normal shutdown activities which pose no danger to the community and no action is required," the company said online. The plant was last restarted on November 16 after a seven-day planned outage.
