India's state-controlled oil refiner IOC has issued a tender to sell 2,400-2,800 tons of propylene for loading at the end of May, as per ArgusMedia.com. The loading port will be Paradip, with a 20-22 May laycan.
The propylene tender comes at a time of limited offers in the northeast Asian market. Buying interest remains weak in China because of ample domestic supplies. Propylene prices in northeast Asia were assessed at $860-900/ton CFR, according to Argus data.
