With effect from 1 March 2009, Ineos ChlorVinyls plans to hike prices of its S-PVC grades in Europe by €80/ton. This hike has been triggered by erosion of S-PVC margins resulting from the failure to keep in step with monthly ethylene price increases during Q1-09.
