Ineos to expand range of polyolefins for medical devices

Ineos is in the process of expanding its range of polyolefins for medical devices with the offering of EltexMED PP, HDPE and LDPE grades, compliant with European Pharmacopeia regulations. The LDPE grade is suitable for blow-fill-seal, film and IM solutions, the HDPE for syringes and rigid pharmaceutical packaging, and the PP for inhalers, syringes, medical pouches and IM applications. The PP grade comes in homopolymer, random and terpolymer mixes.
