The Kuwait Styrene Company (TKSC) continues to make progress in completing its Ethyl Benzene-Styrene Monomer (EBSM) Unit, part of the Greater Equate project. The commissioning and start-up are on track as planned, with start-up scheduled for Q2-2009. The EBSM Unit is owned by TKSC but will be operated by Equate under one operational umbrella along with the assets of two additional companies: The Kuwait Olefins Company (TKOC) and Kuwait Paraxylene Production Company (KPPC).
