Oman's second refining facility - Sohar Oil Refinery (SOR), that was facing technical snags, has resolved all problems and commenced full-capacity production of 116,400 bpd. These technical snags had prevented the refinery from reaching maximum output until now. Domestic sales and exports are expected to start in the next few days in co-ordination with Oman Oil Refinery (OOR) along with supply of propylene crude for the polypropylene plant in Sohar.
