Kokilaben, mother of Mukesh and Anil Ambani has issued a press note confirming settlement between the brothers.
As per the press note elder brother Mukesh will be responsible for Reliance Industries and IPCL, while Anil will be responsible for Reliance Energy, Reliance Infocom and Reliance Capital.
A Reliance board meeting is sheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m today at the Reliance Headquarters in Mumbai.
