Saudi Ethylene and Polyethylene Company (SEPC) has come to the end of a successful commissioning period of its 1.285 mln tpa ethylene cracker, running at over 100% of the designed capacity during the test period. Commercial production is to commence shortly.
SEPC is a joint venture between Tasnee and Sahra Olefins company holding 75% stake in the company. 25% stake is with LyondellBasell.
