SIBUR OJSC plans to invest US$750 mln in the construction of a propylene and polypropylene plant in Tobolsk before 2010. The plant's designed capacity will total 450-500,000 tpa polypropylene. SIBUR has awarded the contract to Fluor.
It is expected that a final decision on the project's implementation will be made and investment parameters will be specified during H1-2007.
