Spain - La Seda completes purchase of Eastman's PET unit

Spanish firm La Seda de Baroelona has finalized the acquisition of Eastman Chemical's polyethylene terephthalate (PET) assets in Spain. The resources include PET polymers production assets in Spain and polyester resins operations.
