Supreme Petrochem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2010, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 1.80 per share for the year 2009-10 on equity shares entailing an outgo of Rs. 2032.61 lacs including dividend distribution tax.
