Yeochun Naphtha Cracking Center (YNCC) which had shut its No.1 aromatics plant for maintenance turnaround on April 29, 2013, has started the restarting process.
According to a company official, the plant is expected to resume production from May 13.
Aromatics plant no.1 has benzene capacity of 160,000 tpa, solvent-grade MX capacity of 80,000 tpa and toluene capacity of 100,000 tpa.
