Chemopetrol has reached an agreement with Univation Technologies to increase plant capacity by 40,000 tpa at its Polyethylene II UNIPOL(R) PE gas-phase process line located at Litvinov in the Czech Republic. Chemopetrol uses UNIPOL PE technology for the production of HDPE since startup in 1976 and its latest reactor line started up in 2002 with a design capacity of 200,000 tpa.
