China to supply toxin detection equipment to Russia for free

China plans to supply Russia with equipment to detect benzene in water free, after an explosion at Jilin petrochemicals plant dumped toxic chemicals into a tributary of Russia's Amur River. China also plans to send an expert to Russia to help adjust the equipment and train local staff.
