Customers from across the world will have the opportunity to learn more about Clariant Pigments & Additives products and services at the upcoming Surfex 2006 exhibition, to be held at the G-Mex in Manchester from June 21-22, 2006.
The Pigments & Additives Division of Clariant produces innovative colorants and additives for a wide range of applications, including paints and coatings, plastics, printing inks, and special applications. The product range includes high-performance pigments to meet the exacting demands of the automotive and electronics industries, as well as high-performance pigments for the printing industry, for traditional and non-impact printing (inkjet and laser printing).
The core business also includes additives to improve heat resistance as well as light and weather resistance of plastics and paints. Non-halogenated flame retardants are used in protective coatings, resins, thermoplastics and polyester fibres. The division's portfolio also includes high-quality waxes based on various raw materials.
