China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) plans to start work on a 1 mln tpa naphtha-fed steam cracker in Huizhou, Guangzhou province, by end of 2013-early 2014, as per Platts. Capacities include 1 mln tpa of ethylene, 500,000 tpa of propylene and 150,000 tpa of butadiene.
