Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. is in talks with Total SA of France to invest in a proposed project in Visakhapatanam (Vizag) in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh. The amount of stake to be offered, has not yet been finalized for the new project that could either be a refinery or a petrochemicals complex.
