Belgian petrochemicals producer Tessenderlo has posted net profit of €27.5 mln for Q2-2010, reversing a net loss of €101.5 mln in Q2-09 on improved revenues and restructuring gains, as per Platts. Revenue rose to €646.5 mln from €531.2 mln a year ago. Tessenderlo's Inorganics unit sales increased from €54.7 million in Q2-09 to €109.7 mln in Q2-10. PVC moved up from €103.3 mln to €120.1 mln in Q2-10.
