Indian state-owned oil refiner, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has sold a 30,000 tons parcel for mid-December from New Mangalore to Europe's Vitol at a markdown of US$19/ton to M.East quotes on FOB basis. The company had previously sold 30,000 tons at a steep discount of US$37/ton to M. East quotes on a FOB basis for Nov. 20-22 loading.
