Plastinum Polymer Technologies Corp. reportedly has entered into a Letter of Intent with Creative Recycling Technologies, LLC, for the establishment of a Joint Venture to process mixed plastic electronics scrap (e-scrap) in Tampa, Florida. Plastinum has a proprietary polymer processing technology called Blendymer which enables complete fusion, through mechano-chemical processing, of previously incompatible polymers while Creative Recycling Technologies is an affiliate of Creative Recycling Systems, Inc. which converts e-scrap into valuable and usable commodities through world class processes.
As per an executive with Plastinum, the letter of intent affirms the company's commitment to set up their very first commercial operation in the US and is slated to fully leverage the backing of its partner which is technology leader in e-scrap processing. Creative Recycling Systems, Inc. through its affiliated technology company Creative Recycling Technologies, LLC, plans to integrate Plastinum's proprietary technology, Blendymer into its current eco-friendly business model.
