Staring from the early part of next year, PolyOne Corp plans to shutter several of its plastics compounding plants across North America. Planned to be shuttered are plants in Plaquemine-Louisiana, Sussex-Wisconsin, Macedonia-Ohio and Building 452 of the corporate vinyls complex in Avon Lake.
