NatureWorks LLC, an American biopolymer company has struck a new strategic partnership with PromaPlast Resinas to distribute NatureWorks' bioplastics products in Mexico. This agreement signals NatureWorks' long term commitment to broadening the supply of Ingeo™ biopolymer resin for the packaging, foodservice and injection molding industries. The company applies its proprietary technology to process natural plant sugars to make Ingeo™ biopolymer.
Serving customers in Mexico and throughout the Americas, PromaPlast represents world leading manufacturers, with a product line that includes specialty polymers, styrenics, polyolefins & elastomers, colors, compounds, additives and other related raw materials. PromaPlast has eight branches in Mexico and one in Central America and will use its logistics know-how to identify & develop business opportunities and guarantee IngeoTM local supply and professional technical support.
