Oil prices fell for a third day amid signs of growing supplies around the world. Light sweet crude for November delivery dipped to US$58.40 in midmorning Asian electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. This total this weeks fall to more than US$4. Ample supply coupled with easing of the speculative fear of supply disruption has led to this dip.
