State-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has signed an MOU with the Hinduja Group for joint collaboration in O&G and petrochemical projects in India and overseas. This follows ONGC's joint venture with the LN Mittal Group for oil and gas (O&G) exploration and production (E&P) activities abroad.
The Hindujas and ONGC are also planning to jointly promote, develop and invest in LNG terminals with associated power, petrochemicals, gas pipeline grid projects and related opportunities in southern India, at an estimated cost of Rs 25,000 crore.
