Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has issued a tender offering a 35,000 ton naphtha cargo at Mumbai port, to be loaded on either February 14-16 or February 18-20.
The tender closes on Tuesday and bids will remain valid until Wednesday. In a previous tender, ONGC sold two 35,000 ton naphtha cargoes for loading from Hazira port in the first half of February.
