Petrochemical plants in Singapore ran at near-full capacities in Q1

After plummeting by almost 30% in Q4-08, demand from China in Q1-09 improved, leading to increased run rates at Singapore's petrochemical plants. The plants are reported to have run at 90-95% capacities as demand from China recovered to 90% of what it was before the onset of the global economic downturn.
