PolyOne to produce TPE compounds in Spain

PolyOne is to expand its share of the European market with the start up of a new line for the manufacture of OnFlex range of TPE compounds in Spain. The new line has a capacity of 3,500 tpa and will bee the first time that Polyone manufactures these materials in Spain. In addition to making the company's existing range of OnFlex-S TPE-S, Styrenic type compounds, the line will also be the first full-scale unit for OnFlex-U TPE-U compounds in Europe. This addition totals the group's overall European capacity to more than 10,000 tpa.
