Indian oil and petrochemical major Reliance Industries Ltd., is considering acquisitions in Europe and the United States and a possible listing in New York or London. Reliance could buy in the downstream petrochemicals sector, but it is also mulling acquisition in upstream in oil and gas exploration and production.
