A minor problem during restart has delayed the process at Idemitsu Kosan’s 374,000 tpa Chiba naphtha. The Chiba cracker has been shut since last week March for maintenance and repair work and was originally planned to reopen last week. However, occurrence of a minor problem has deferred restart of the facility.
