Rosti A/S, one of leading European manufacturers of plastic products and a part of A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, has announced to increase the capital of Rosti Technical Plastics Division. The company statement said that Rosti A/S-the sole shareholder in Rosti Technical Plastics Holding A/S, has increased the share capital by Denmark Kroner 100 mln (approx. "The Rosti Technical Plastics Group has in recent years shown a strong performance and ability to adapt to the ever changing business climate. In 2008, sales as well as operational profits increased compared to 2007.
