South Korea's third-biggest oil refiner- S-Oil Corp., plans to resume operations at its 45,000 bpd naphtha reformer. The reformer, which processes naphtha into benzene, toluene and xylene (BTX), was unexpectedly shut earlier this week due to the technical problem. The closure has not resulted in any disruptions to supply to customers.
