Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co has received four bids in a retender to build a petrochemical plant at its complex in Jubail. These four tenders for the 210,000 tpa plant are from South Korea's Hyundai Engineering and Construction as well as Daelim Industrial Company, Taiwan's CTCI and U.S. company Fluor Corp.
Kayan has also received final bids from Daelim and CTCI for the construction of a 300,000 tpa low density polyethylene plant (LDPE) at its complex.
