Treofan Group choses Bruckner as partner in Mexico

Treofan Group, one of the world's leading specialty BOPP film manufacturers, has chosen Brückner to be their partner for their new production line in Mexico. Due to the project's challenging complexity, Brückner was Treofan's clear choice based on the company's vast turnkey experience. In total, Treofan will invest an amount of approximately US$ 45 million in expanding production and R&D facilities at their Zacapu plant in the Mexican state of Michoacan. In addition to a high speed BOPP production line, Brückner will also supply a complete turnkey package for the entire production plant - ranging from the outside silos to the final loading docks. Among other things, Brückner will be responsible for the: · Detailed engineering of plant logistics and base plant production equipment · Earthworks, site preparation and building construction · Energy and water supply systems · Connection to existing facilities · Roll handling systems · Primary and secondary slitters · Recycling systems · Packaging and storage incl. final warehouse n the words of Treofan's CEO Peter A.
