Upward polymer price revisions amid falling global oil prices

India petrochem majors Reliance and IPCL have announced upward price revisions with effect from July1, 2005 as follows: PP homo polymer up by Rs 3 per kg on basic PP co polymer up by Rs 3.20 per kg on basic HDPE and LLDPE up by Re 1 per kg on basic LDPE up by Rs 2 per kg on basic PVC up by Re 1 per kg on basic International polymer prices also witnessed a northward movement as follows HDPE prices up by US$15 and LLDPE prices saw a hike of US$ 20. PP prices up by US$50-55.
