Seven petrochemical projects, mainly comprising units for producing polyethylene, urea and ammoniac have been planned in Iran’s Fars Province. Planned with an initial budget of US$3.5 bln, the plants will be located in complexes in Kazeroun, Noudan, Fasa, Darab, Jahrom, Firouzabad, and Farashband constitute the projects.
The budget will be jointly secured by the National Petrochemical Company (NPC) and the private sector.
