Negri Bossi to be delisted from Italian Stock Exchange; have 100% private ownership

Sacmi Group recently announced that its parent holding company, H.P.S. S.p.A has acquired more than 95% ownership of Negri Bossi capital. Negri Bossi is Italy's leading plastic-injection moulding manufacturer and belongs to the Sacmi Group. This will allow HPS to outright purchase 100% shares of the leading injection molding maker. As per the company statement, Negri Bossi will be delisted from the Italian Stock Exchange and turn into a private entity under HPS.
