ExxonMobil Chemical has appointed Foster Wheeler and Worley Parsons as project coordinators for polyethylene, polypropylene and speciality elastomer units as part of a major cracker based planned at Singapore, along with adding a second naphtha fed cracker at the Jurong Island site.
