New York's main oil futures contract, light sweet crude for delivery in May, stood at US$63.28 a barrel and Brent North Sea crude for June delivery rose to US$66.11. This gain has been by concerns over tight gasoline supplies in the United States, ahead of USA's summer holiday driving season that gets underway next month.
