Spain's Cia Espanola de Petroleos SA (Cepsa) alsong with the United States' Total Plastics Inc, China's CNPC, Canada's Petroma are considered to have been invited by Algeria's Sonatrach to invest in a new refinery and petrochemical projects in the country.
About eight projects, worth approximately E6.5 bln are estimated to commence operation by the end of 2005 in Algeria.
