Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China-based Sinopec to cooperate on projects in India, China and elsewhere.
The MoU covers taking up of projects identified in India, China and other countries in the areas of exploration and production, refineries and petrochemicals.
The MoU also covers engineering, technical and consultancy services.
