Visen Polymers FZE, (the UAE subsidiary of India-based Visen Industries) will set up a two-phase polymer emulsion plant in Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah. The plant will be built in two phases and will begin operation in 2007, Investment will total to Rs 136 crore for the project with a targeted turnover of nearly Rs 460 crores pa in the first year of operations.
The first phase of the plant is expected to cost about Rs 95.6 crore and would have a production capacity of 100,000 tpa. The second phase will cost Rs 41 cr and will have an output capacity of 1,00,000 tons.
