Indian Oil Corporation's (IOC) Rs 35,000 crore refinery cum petrochem project at Paradip, Orissa, upgraded from 9 mln tpa to a 15 mln tpa complex, has been put on high priority and is scheduled for completion by 2010-11.
More than Rs 1,000 crore would be spent immediately on site development work,
